Subscription Agreement (when applicable)
Subscribers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee and agree to the Terms of Use of the Amoozesh-Boors.com site. They govern use of our site by registered subscribers. Once you authorize us to charge your credit card the monthly fee on our behalf and you register with Amoozesh-Boors.com (registration constitutes your agreement to this Subscription Agreement and the Terms of Use), you will be given access to our paid educational materials.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your paid subscription with us, simply send us an email to [email protected] and cancel your subscription before the time of your expiration. However, monthly subscription fees which have been charged to your credit card in the past will not be refunded to you, in whole or in part. Upon cancellation, you will be denied further access to the restricted/members-only portion of the Amoozesh-Boors.com site. Amoozesh-Boors.com will have no obligation to return any portion of the membership and/or subscription fees you have paid prior to cancellation.
REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Our members are needed to pay their subscription fee one month in advance, so in terms of cancelation, we will refund the prorated amount based on the remaining days of the month.
- If your service has money back guarantee, you can cancel the service in the guarantee period and we will refund the whole amount. However after that period gone, no refund will be available.
- If you cancel in a middle of the month, we are not refunding for the remaining days of that month. So your account will remain active by the end of the month
- If you have purchased with a promotional offer, and then decide to cancel, your promotion will be lifted and your refund will be calculated based on full price.
Duration of Our Agreement
By completing the enrolment form you are authorizing Amoozesh-Boors.com to charge your credit card for the specified one-time membership fee plus monthly tuition fees.
Your membership does not have an expiration date, and Amoozesh-Boors.com does not warrant any specific length of time that this membership will be valid, and/or the site remaining operational.
Amoozesh-Boors.com reserves the right to close it site operations at any time without any recourse from its current members. On that basis, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be entitled only for a prorated refund based on the remaining days of that last month.
Your Limited User License
No subscriber or other user is allowed to copy, sell, license, modify, distribute, share, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, create any of the materials or Site Content on our site or any derivative works from or use the Site Content, in whole or in part, except as is expressly authorized by this license.
Confidentiality Agreement
